• Usage data: projects created, credit balance, agent session logs.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record). Paddle Privacy Policy
• Authentication providers (GitHub, Google) — for login only.
• Infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare) — hosting and CDN.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data (code, logs, previews) may be deleted after project completion or account closure. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
