If you purchased credits and have not used them, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply contact us and we'll process the refund promptly.
If you have used some of your credits, we will refund the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date. The used credits will be deducted from the refund amount at the original purchase rate.
After the 30-day window, credits are non-refundable. However, credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
If an AI agent session fails due to a platform error (not a user specification issue), the credits spent on that session will be automatically refunded to your account balance. You don't need to contact us for this — it happens automatically.
