Ralph Arena ("Service", "we", "us") is a platform that enables users to describe software applications and have autonomous AI coding agents build them in isolated Docker containers. The Service is operated as an individual entrepreneurship registered in Georgia.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Paddle) and are used to fund AI agent sessions that build your projects.
Code and applications generated by AI agents on the platform are provided "as-is". While we strive for quality, AI-generated code may contain bugs, security issues, or unintended behavior. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in production.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the ideas and specifications you submit. Code generated by AI agents for your projects is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. We retain no ownership over your project outputs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ralph Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
